A company is looking for a Manager, Practice Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize core operational processes supporting frontline
teams
Lead high-impact analyses across workforce planning, performance
management, and cost of care
Establish and monitor key business metrics, identifying trends and
proposing solutions
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in an analytical role (e.g., management
consulting, investment banking)
1+ year at a high growth startup preferred in relevant fields
Experience with modeling and data analysis in Excel/Google Sheets;
Looker experience a plus
Demonstrated operational skills with a results-driven mindset
Excited to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to
adapt to evolving priorities
