Deal, let's go!The role.Innomotics is looking for a PLM Product Cost Controller. Responsibilities include the costing for new products within the PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) organization. You will prepare EVA's (Earned Value Add) calculations on new product improvements and partner with Go / No-Go decisions. You will support cost reduction efforts within the product on a global scale while partnering with the Global Research & Development team as the commercial business partner.This position is based in New Kensington, PA and will work a hybrid schedule.Earned Value Add Calculation's (EVA)Commercial/Financial support of new products and improvementsFinance lead for global cost reduction effortsValue flow of costing and Bill of Material analysis within the factoriesVariance analysis of actual product costs vs. original EVA'sAd hoc requests and analysisTroubleshoot and resolves semi-complex problemsUtilize SAP to automate and advance processesSupport NCC reporting process improvementsYour profile.Associate or Bachelor's degree in related technical field or business studiesExperience in Finance and Product Cost Controlling related roles5+ years of professional experienceStrong analytical skillsStrong understanding of product costing and fixed / variable costsExcellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to lead cross-functional projects with effective implementationDigital literacy required including SAP (or MRP system) and analytical tools (Excel)Digitalization experience (PowerBI)Experience in a Manufacturing environment is a plusWhere permitted by applicable law, Innomotics may require employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 based on job requirements, and in accordance with an accommodation based on legally protected reasons.The pay range for this position is $63,700 - $109,200.
