Job Description:

Marketing Manager sought to lead marketing projects and develop sales and marketing plans to drive business growth.
National Beef Packing, a leading producer of fresh, chilled and further processed beef products, is seeking a Marketing Manager to join its team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in business-to-business trade marketing and/or consumer marketing, with strong project management capabilities and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing marketing projects, developing sales and marketing plans, and collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth.
The successful candidate will have experience with traditional and digital platform marketing execution, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
Key responsibilities include:

• 
  
• Managing marketing projects to support business-to-business and consumer marketing objectives and strategies
  
• Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to drive business growth
  
• Collaborating with the sales team to develop account-based marketing plans
  
• Managing all aspects of developing and updating sales collateral, including case studies
  
• Collecting and compiling industry and competitive reports, and reporting findings and recommendations to the team
  
  Requirements:

  • Background in business-to-business trade marketing and/or consumer marketing
    
  • Strong project management capabilities and ability to work with cross-functional teams
    
  • Experience with traditional and digital platform marketing execution
    
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    
  • Four-year college degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field
    
  • Five years plus of similar or related work experience
