    The Licensed Practical Nurse collects data and provides patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse as defined by the Kansas Nurse Practice Act and the policies and procedures of SFHC. The LPN reports to the Clinic Manager or designee.
    
    Qualifications
    
    Job Requirements:
    • Graduate of accredited School of Nursing
    • Current License as LPN in the State of Kansas
    • American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support Certification Preferred Job Requirements:
      • Previous related experience
